Hello. My name is Pixie Merrick. I have been an animal lover/enthusiast my entire life and I decided to take my passion for animals and turn it into a full time business. I recently moved to Boise from Seattle where I owned and operated 'Seattle Pet Assistance' for two years. I realized that when I work with animals it doesn't really feel like work and I am providing a service that gives myself as well as the cat/dog a great deal of pleasure.

I started my pet care business because I believe in the special bond between humans and animals. I understand the anxiety your cat/dog feels when you are not around. As a responsible guardian, I know that you provide your cat/dog with companionship and exercise and I am here to do that while you are away.

I offer a variety of Dog Walking and Pet Sitting Services, including a Pet Taxi to and from your groomer or vet. I am licensed, bonded, insured, and certified with the American Red Cross in Pet First Aid.

Foster Program Orientation Classes - Classes are offered every Saturday from 12 noon until 1 p.m. (unless noted) in the Education Room at the Idaho Humane Society. These classes are open to anyone interested in learning more about their Foster Program. Reservations are not required.
