Boise Pet Care provides a service that caters not only to your pet (i.e., dog, cat, and some smaller animals) but also to you.
My goal is to fulfill every request that you have for your pet, and a few for yourself as well (i.e., bringing in the mail, watering the plants, turning your lights on/off, etc.).
Your appointments are guaranteed, as is your satisfaction.
I am certified by the American Red Cross in Pet First Aid and if your pet requires medication during the day, please let me know.
FREE INITIAL CONSULTATION
An initial consultation is required for all new clients. I will come to your home to meet you and your pets. This gives us the opportunity to get to know each other and ask or answer important questions. At this time I will be asking information needed to properly care for your pets. You will also need to fill out all necessary paper work and supply me with a key to your home.
DOG WALKS
I offer walks that range from 30 minutes – 1 hour in length and they are generally from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. daily. However, if you are going out after work and need an extra walk from time-to-time I can certainly accommodate you. For details on my rates, please see my price guide. After each walk, your pet can expect some nice cool water, food, brushing, medication if necessary and a lot of hugs.
CAT PLAY/CAT SITTING
For all those cat lovers out there, I also offer Cat Play/Cat Sitting where I visit with your cat for 30+ minutes and treat him/her to lots of brushing, chasing feathers and/or other cat toys, litter patrol, water, food and medication if necessary. Upon request I can also pick up or drop off your pet at a daycare, veterinary or grooming appointment. For details on my rates, please see my price guide.
PET SITTING
I realize that all of you love your pet more than anything else in the world and it pains you enormously to leave him/her at a kennel while you travel. That is why I will make multiple house visits to your pet while you're away and shower him/her with almost as much love as you do. For details on my rates, please see my price guide.
DOGGIE TREATS
My Doggie Treats program allows you to receive cheaper walks forever! This is accomplished through our referral program. For each referral you give Boise Pet Care that results in a regular client, I will knock $1 off your walk rate for as long as your referral remains with Boise Pet Care. Two referrals = $2 off every walk. The possibilities are endless!!! Your pup could be walked for free with enough referrals!

Policies and Procedures
The client hereto agrees as follows:
1) Boise Pet Care agrees to provide services stated in this contract in a reliable and trustworthy manner. In consideration of these services and as an express condition thereof, the client expressly waives any and all claims against Boise Pet Care, unless arising from negligence on the part of Boise Pet Care.2) Boise Pet Care shall not be held responsible for the loss, injury, death, or actions of any pet that the client has let outside or has instructed the sitter to allow outside while sitter is not there. This includes pets with doggie doors and outdoor pets.
3) The client understands that all pets (where appropriate) must have a veterinarian and must be up to date on the rabies vaccination.
4) All pets with electronic fences must wear their collars with fresh batteries. Boise Pet Care is not responsible for any animals that get out or inside of perimeter.
5) Boise Pet Care does not make diagnosis, prognosis, or therapy decisions, nor does it offer veterinary services. Any veterinary/medical concerns will be referred to a veterinarian.
6) Boise Pet Care will not sit for acutely ill animals or those with uncontrolled medical conditions. We suggest the pet be boarded with a vet.
7) Boise Pet Care does not accept aggressive animals.
8) Boise Pet Care will not walk unruly or untrained dogs or dogs that choke themselves on their leash. All pets must be walked on a leash, no exceptions.
9) Boise Pet Care will not be responsible for any keys the client has asked to be mailed.
10) Business and visiting hours fall between the hours of 8 a.m. and 10 p.m. and services are usually completed during this time unless we are behind schedule.
11) Boise Pet Care reserves the right to deny service or terminate service because of safety concerns, financial concerns, or inappropriate or uncomfortable situations.
12) Boise Pet Care reserves the right to take pet(s) to vet. Client is responsible for all charges.
13) Client is responsible for making arrangements for snow removal. Visits may not be made in snow covered driveways and/or walkways because of safety concerns.
14) Boise Pet Care requires you to have a responsible party to take care of your pet(s) in the event of unforeseen circumstances such as illness or death and in the event of inclement weather or a natural disaster. It is best your emergency contact is a neighbor so they can reach your home. Boise Pet Care is not responsible for pets in these circumstances.
15) Client agrees to authorize Boise Pet Care to handle any emergencies that may arise. Boise Pet Care will make every effort to contact client. In the event client cannot be contacted, client authorizes Boise Pet Care to use their best judgment and to be available at an hourly rate of $30 to oversee the circumstances.
16) Payment is expected before services are rendered. In the event of additional unforeseen visits or other costs (such as food, supplies, or vet fees), payment is expected within 7 days of the completion of services or a late charge of $20 will be applied.
**Cancellations must be received 24 hours before scheduled visit or a cancellation fee of $30 will apply.
